From I-95 in Providence: Providence Exit 25.(Smithfield Ave/126N) Keep right and follow 2 miles to intersection of Reservoir Ave. Right side, just after CVS, Dragon Villa, and Bank of America.

From 146 South (Mineral Springs Ave/Rt 15) exit, or from North Providence: Follow Mineral Springs Ave (Rt 15) into Pawtucket. Take a left at Smithfield Ave/126N. (Sovereign Bank/Dunkin Donuts) Follow 1/2 mile to intersection of Reservoir Ave. Look for us on the right side, just after CVS, Dragon Villa, and Bank of America.

From 146 South (Breakneck Hill/Rt 123) exit: Turn left at the end of the off-ramp and follow Breakneck Hill Rd/Route 123 for 1.7 miles. Turn right on Route 126 S and follow for 1.6 miles to intersection of Reservoir Ave. We are on the left side, just after Cumberland Farms.
